About

Bishop is a men’s and women’s initiatory guide. She is trained in somatic and trauma-informed coaching, spinal energetics, functional and conscious connected breathwork, while having supported hundreds of individuals for 7+ through transformation.
Her work centers on guiding people out of survival and through threshold states. These are moments where structures of old identity tend to dissolve; supporting a powerful process of returning and opening to a more authentic and expressed version of Self.
Her background spans from nervous system led leadership/ parts work, trauma physiology, breathwork, to offering conscious rage spaces for both mens and women's groups. She has led immersive international retreats, facilitator trainings, and year long mentorship containers around the world and is known for her grounded presence and ability to support deep processes while maintaining safety and agency.

DARK RETREAT PHILOSOPHY
"The darkness is some of my favorite medicine when approached with the right preparation and integration. For me it represents where all of creation stems from - a womb or void of sorts. It's profoundly simple, self-led, and incredibly humbling. I believe our culture is in dire need of it: to come back to self, spirit, and heart without so much stimulus or substances. I've had some of the most profound, grounded experiences of my life in darkness retreats. That this ancient practice is being brought back to life gives me great joy."

Offerings

Single Darkness Support Session

1 hr 30 min

$225

This is a focused 90-minute session for preparation before your retreat or post-retreat integration phase when you come out. Recommended for those with a strong practice already and looking for light support. We’ll either prepare your body and nervous system for the descent into darkness and get clear on intention, or work with what surfaced once you’ve come out—emotionally, mentally, and somatically. This space is for meeting what’s present without rushing to fix or interpret it, helping you stay grounded, connected, and in your body as you move into or out of the experience.

Book session

Darkness Integration Arc (3 Sessions)

A 3-session arc supporting you before, during, and after your immersion. We prepare your system, support you through what arises, and integrate what surfaced so it can land in your body and life. This is for those who want steady, grounded support across the full experience without over-structuring it. \*2 x 15 minute check ins offered during retreat if requested and discussed prior.

Book session

The Darkness Immersion Container (6 Sessions)

$1,111

A 6-session container spread across 3-4 months for those who want deeper, sustained support across preparation, immersion, and integration. Held over a longer period, this arc offers space to move at a more relational pace, allowing what emerges to be met, explored, and integrated more fully into your day to day life. This is for those who value depth, continuity, and being supported inside a longer unfolding process. Note: This container includes additional checkins and support resources outside sessions. \*2 x 15 minute check ins offered during retreat if requested and discussed prior.
