Please review and accept the following terms before your retreat at The Acraya.
If I haven't already paid I will pay upon my arrival and I will not receive a refund if I choose to leave the retreat earlier than expected. Any unaccountable days or meals are also not transferable or refundable. If you choose to leave the dark retreat early, the extra days back in the accommodation are charged separately.
I accept the conditions of the cabin, dark retreat, room, or dormitory and agree to leave my space in the same conditions as when I arrived.
I will not use any drugs, tobacco, alcohol or plant medicines during my retreat at The Hermitage unless previously agreed to in writing.
I understand that I am entering a retreat space where other people around me are practicing. I will respect others during my retreat, this includes refraining from the use of music, cameras, computers, and phones in public areas.
I will not use the internet or electronics while in the dark retreat unless under urgent or special circumstances.
I understand that The Acraya is not responsible for and will not replace any of my physical objects if they are lost, broken, damaged or stolen during my retreat.
I understand that The Acraya is not responsible for any changes in my mental or physical state or well-being while in retreat (including mental and physical sickness or death). I will cover any medical expenses that are incurred during or as a result of the retreat myself.
I understand that The Acraya does its best to support my retreat wherever possible, but there may be moments of noise outside of the property that The Acraya cannot control.
The Acraya has the right to ask me to leave the property at any point in my retreat if I am being rude or disrespectful, or if they deem that I am mentally or physically unfit to continue. I understand that I will not receive a refund if this occurs.
I am committed to this retreat with my whole heart and ready for this deep discovery to unfold.
