My healing journey began over a decade ago as I searched for answers to severe digestive issues, depression, anxiety, and the lasting effects of medical trauma, multiple surgeries, and a violent upbringing. Refusing to settle, I devoted myself to healing and what it truly means to live in alignment.

My path led me to Africa, where I was initiated and trained as a provider of the sacred wood, and later reinitiated within a lineage carrying a direct connection to Krystic Consciousness.

Through years of deep inner work, integration studies within the WEL-Systems Quantum framework, and ongoing work with the medicine, I have transformed my relationship with myself and my life. Today, I feel grounded, empowered, and deeply connected to the flow of life.

As a natural healer, seer, and medicine woman, I hold space with reverence, compassion, humour and authenticity. My work is centered on helping others move through deep transformation by meeting their wounds with softness and love, reconnecting to their truth, and embodying a more coherent, heart-led way of living.

DARK RETREAT PHILOSOPHY
The week I spent in a dark retreat was one of the most profound experiences of my life — and I went in terrified. What I found instead of boredom or emptiness was something I didn't know I needed: the slow, deep unwinding of my nervous system. No intensity, no doing, just a heaviness that wrapped around me and said, *rest, receive.* As I regulated further and further, I descended deeper into my own internal world — and out of nowhere, I would cry. My mentor Severin offered me words I carry still: *"We can only go as deep as our nervous system is regulated."* The darkness was rich with information and asked nothing of me except to meet myself and integrate all those lost, broken, beautiful parts of myself that were waiting to come home.
